Can you feel it? Summer is right around the corner, and here at RSVP of Dane County, we are gearing up for a June to remember. We have two big events on the calendar, and whether you’re a fan of classic backyard picnics or a night out at the ballpark, we want to see you there!
Here’s the scoop on what’s heading your way:
1. Serving Together: Our America250 – America Gives Picnic 
First up, we’re throwing a party! We are joining the national America250 – America Gives initiative to celebrate the spirit of service that makes Dane County so great. It’s a chance to honor the past, present, and future of volunteering while enjoying some classic summer treats.
- When: Thursday, June 11, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Rain or shine!)
- Where: Right here in our parking lot! 6501 Watts Rd, Madison.
- The Food: We’ll have FREE hot dogs, ice cream, and lemonade ready for you.
- The Bonus: We’re also collecting donations for the Badger Prairie Needs Network. Bring a canned or boxed food item to support our neighbors, and we’ll enter your name into a drawing to win Madison Mallards tickets!
Come for the food, stay for the community connection. It’s going to be a blast!
2. Take Me Out to the Ballgame! 
Just nine days later, we’re heading over to the Duck Pond! RSVP is thrilled to be the featured nonprofit at the Madison Mallards game on Saturday, June 20.
The game starts at 6:05 p.m., and we’ll have a table right at the entrance. Come say «Hi», then grab your seat to watch RSVP get recognized on the field! We’ll also be hosting a 50/50 raffle, so you can support our programs and potentially go home with a pocket full of cash.
- Special Deal: You can grab seats in Section 104 (right behind home plate!) for just $16. Even better? Half of that ticket price goes directly back to RSVP!
