Our January 9 Senior Planet in-person tech skills class will focus on wearable technologies.
From fitness trackers to smart glasses, wearable technology is here to stay! Whether you’re a tech enthusiast or a tech newbie, there’s something for everyone. We’ll be learning about the health, wellness, and personal safety benefits of wearable technology in the first hour of the class.
In the second hour, we’ll look at wearable sleep tech. Are you having troubling sleeping? Maybe? Not sure? We’ll get an overview of devices and wearable technologies that track sleep patterns, monitor sleep disorders, and maybe even improve your sleep. You’ll also learn about mindfulness apps that offer guided meditations and other ways to promote healthy sleep habits.
