Where Volunteers Make a Difference

Cozy baby hats, crafted by RSVP Group Project volunteers, will adorn a Spirit of Giving tree at the Governor's Mansion. The Residence Director at the Governor's Mansion in Madison reached out to RSVP, inviting representatives from the Group Projects Program to decorate a Spirit of Giving tree this holiday season at the Governor's Mansion.

Kate Seal, Group Projects Coordinator, along with two volunteers, April Bird and Sue Morrison, trimmed a tree with 50 volunteer-crafted baby hats on Friday, November 22. These hats will be donated to a nonprofit organization after this event, and will keep babies in the Dane County area cozy and warm for the rest of the winter. What an exciting opportunity for RSVP to enhance joy and festivity in our community!
