Local Triad Events Promote Senior Safety


Local Triads schedule free presentations throughout the year on topics of interest to seniors.  Information on Triad events for 2019 is posted below.  Please contact Mary Stamstad, at 608-441-7897, or .

Verona Triad - All programs at Verona Senior Center, 108 Paoli Street, Verona

 

August: Canine Officer Demo, Officer Matt Kyle, Verona Police Department. (Date and time to be determined, call Verona Senior Center at 608.848.0440).

September: Gang Education, Sergeant Olson, Verona Police Department (Date and time to be determined, call Verona Senior Center at 608.848.0440).

October 4: 8:00 - 11:00 AM, Free Car Winterization and Car-Fit Program, Hometown Auto Clinic, 700 S. Nine Mound Road, Verona.

 

West Madison Triad

August 21: 10:00 AM, Prescription and Illegal Drugs/CBD., Skye Tikkanen, MS, Drug Poisoning Prevention Program Manager, Safe-Communities. All Saints Neighborhood Community Room, 511 Commerce Drive, Madison.

September 27: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, The 17th RSVP/Triad of Dane County & Triad of Wisconsin Crime Prevention & Safety Conference and Expo "Partners on a Mission to Serve" at the American Family Insurance Training Center, Madison.  Cost is $25 before August 1, $35 after.
