| RSVP recruits,
interviews, trains, and places men and women ages 55 and over with public and
private nonprofit agencies requesting service.
We are a one-to-one volunteer referral agency serving residents throughout Dane County. Our volunteers share their knowledge, personal
interests, experience, and energy, contributing to the vitality and well-being of
their local communities.
Organized in 1972, we are
incorporated as an independent nonprofit agency.
With over 2000 volunteers, we are one of the largest such programs in
the country.

| RSVP of Dane County is one of seventeen Wisconsin programs sponsored by the Corporation
for National and Community Service. RSVP is part of the National Senior Service Corps that also
includes the Foster Grandparent Program and Senior Companion. Nationally,
there are over 760 RSVP's with over 460,000 volunteers. |
